Motor vehicle insurance policies are issued and guaranteed by PT Asuransi Rama Satria Wibawa, one of the five pioneer general insurance companies in Indonesia established since 1978.

Vehicle Survey Process
Customers are required to upload vehicle documents and a vehicle video through the Insureka application, including STNK, KTP, active SIM, as well as a 360° vehicle video including the odometer.

Policy Issuance
The policy will be issued within 1×24 hours after the survey process is completed. If there is existing damage, that part will not be covered by the policy.
The e-Policy can be downloaded through the Insureka application.
How much discount can be obtained when purchasing a policy through Insureka?
Purchasing a policy through Insureka can obtain a discount of up to 25% of the insurance premium in accordance with the applicable provisions and referring to the premium rates set by OJK.
